  10. MOVE IN.

These are the basic 10 steps. There is obviously some in between steps your realtor SHOULD BE guiding you through. The key to a successful close is listening to the professionals that have experience and integrity. Stay calm. This decision is yours to make. It's about you, your future, and your security.
