20% down payment is required! NO IT ISN’T. Have you CALLED any lender? They will tell you exactly that! What about the first-time buyer programs? Do you need help with down payments, earnest money, special rates a discount? I highly recommend using only lenders you are referred to by a friend, a family member, a trusted coworker or your realtor.  Do not go willy nilly filling out your personal info on a website that says apply here. Fraud is rampant!
